SHIPPING POLICY — BOUND AND BRIGHT
Bound and Bright is based in the UK. Our jewellery is made to order by our production partner and shipped directly to you.
Every piece is personalised and made especially for you once you order, so please allow 2-5 business days for production before your item ships.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS (UK)
- International Standard (DHL/FedEx): 3-10 business days transit, £6.76. Ships next business day after production is complete.
- International Priority (FedEx): 2-5 business days transit, £17.97. Ships next business day after production is complete.
Combining production and transit time, please allow approximately 1-3 weeks from order to delivery for Standard shipping, or a faster window for Priority shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately at checkout and are not included in the item price.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Occasionally, production or transit may take slightly longer than estimated (for example during busy periods, or due to circumstances outside our control such as courier delays). We'll always do our best to keep you updated if this happens.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Orders are shipped from outside the UK to reach you. For most orders this is handled at source and no further charges should apply on delivery. In rare cases involving higher-value orders, import duties may apply and would be the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any concerns about this, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. As each item is made to order, we're unable to redirect or amend an order once production has begun, so it's really important your address is correct when you place your order.
